  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup poppyseeds
